By using ataca.io services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

ataca.io provides cloud infrastructure, developer tools, and communication services (including connect for omnichannel messaging).

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain security of your account
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to harm the services

4. Payment Terms

Services are provided per agreed pricing. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with notice. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law. Disputes will be resolved in EU courts.
